Shah Rukh Khan’s house attacked
Two motorcycle-borne miscreants hurled a bottle of kerosene at actor Shah Rukh Khan’s Bandra residence, Mannat, at around 2.30 am on Friday. Nobody was injured.
Security personnel at Khan’s bungalow were unable to note the registration number of the bike in the darkness. A complaint was lodged at the Bandra police station.
According to reports, a fundamentalist group was upset with the use of certain words in the song, Marjaani, marjaani, featuring Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the film Billu.
On Friday morning a group of protesters gathered outside Bandra’s G-7 cinema complex, where Billu was being screened, and broke glass panes and tore away posters.

Washington, Jan 29 (ANI): The prime suspect in the murders of actress Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew has been granted permission to move to another jail in Illinois.
William Balfour, the estranged husband of the Oscar winner’s sister Julia, was accused of killing the singer-cum-actress’ mum Darnell Donerson, brother Jason Hudson and seven-year-old nephew Julian King.
Last week, Balfour, 27, pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder and home invasion, reports Contactmusic.
His attorney Joshua Kutick appeared at Cook County Criminal Court on Jan 27, seeking Balfour’s shift from the Stateville Correctional Center near Joliet, Illinois – where he has been held without bond since his December (08) arrest.
And Judge Marjorie Laws granted Balfour permission to transfer to the state’s Cook County Jail, to ease the consultation process.
His next court hearing will be held on 23 February (09). (ANI)

London, Jan 29 (ANI): Just hours before being snapped kissing ‘Kooks’ frontman Luke Pritchard, actress Mischa Barton was spotted locking lips with a female pal on her birthday.
The ‘OC’ star kissed and cuddled her brunette friend outside a Paris nightclub while celebrating her 23rd birthday.
And immediately after that, she jetted to the British capital to meet her singer boyfriend.
However, it wasn’t the first time Barton enjoyed a lesbian kiss, reports The Sun.
Mischa has earlier admitted that she preferred the girl-on-girl scenes because they were “more natural”.
In fact, she also frolicked with Rachel Evan Wood in 2006 film ‘Once And Again’. (ANI)

Priyanka Chopra is really very supportive and is totally committed towards her friends and Harman Baweja is among them. She supports him in every way possible. She bailed him out and did her best to make his debut movie ‘Love Story 2050? work. Alas, that didn’t work out and Harman’s Hrithik aping too did no good for him.
Now the rumur is going around that Priyanka is set to do a sizzling item number in his next flick ‘Victory’. And hold your breath, the reports are that she would be wearing nothing but a two piece. She’ll be shooting for it early in the New Year.
Harman might not admit it but it seems he’s shaken up by the fact that his extra expensive debut film bombed. The buzz is that there are no buyers for the flick.
Maybe that’s why he’s so hopeful that the inclusion of Priyanka might help the film to sell.
